Business:
• confirmation of minutes of the preceding Annual General Meeting and any other general meetings;
• consideration of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement;
• notification of annual fees payable;
• election of Committee Members:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- three (3) Committee members
- appointment of Auditor
No notices of motion or Special Resolutions have been received pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution.
Nominations:
Rule 4.4.1 of the Constitution provides:
Nominations of candidates for election to the Committee shall:
a) be made in writing, signed by two (2) Members of the Association
with the consent of the nominee endorsed thereon; and
b) be delivered to the Secretary not less than seven (7) days prior to the
date fixed for the Annual General Meeting.
